Let me help you buy or sell your home! I have enjoyed a career in real estate since 1998 selling residential and commercial properties. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire I am able to assist my clients in many areas. I am experienced and enjoy working with buyers and sellers on many different property types and value ranges. I am also a Designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
I am an active member of the North Shore Association of REALTORS and Greater Newburyport REALTORS as the MA & NH Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.

The safety of our clients, consumers, fellow real estate agents and
our business partners is our top priority. In response to the Covid-19
pandemic we would like to share some best practices we can implement for
property showings. Many of these are services we have already been
providing. Others have been put in place as we work through this
unchartered territory, we will adapt as needed to meet the changing
environment. All agents will follow CDC recommendations for hand
washing, use of hand sanitizer and avoiding contact, including
handshaking and will cancel appointments if they are sick. If there is
anything else that we can do for you, just ask.
Furthermore, we understand that you may choose to delay your property
search or listing your home at this time. This is understandable based
on so much uncertainly. We are here for you when you are ready and feel
it is the best time for you.
Safety Precautions:
- Email and review with buyers/buyers agents all property data prior
to visiting or showing a property to limit showings of homes to those
that meet buyers requirements. - Include virtual video tours for listings along with high quality professional photography.
- Preview homes and share live or recorded video tour for buyers.
- Schedule private showings with pre-qualified buyers, require shoes
be removed or provide disposable shoe covers, provide hand sanitizer
and/or disposable gloves to all entering. All doorknobs and frequently
touched surfaces can be sprayed and/or wiped with disinfectant after
showing. In lieu of public open houses we can schedule blocked showings
with appointments every 15 minutes. - Request people who have signs of illness, have traveled by airline,
or have been in contact with anyone who has in past 14 days not to enter
the property and allow a provide a virtual tour. - All documents can be signed with easy to use electronic signatures.
We can conduct phone calls or video calls when face to face meetings are
not required. - We will refer vetted home inspectors, lenders, attorneys, title
companies and other business partners that are following thoughtful,
safe practices and have put processes in place to facilitate a closing
in a timely manner.
It is our goal to make the purchase or sale of real estate as safe
and stress free as possible and to accommodate the individual needs and
desires of our clients. We suggest continued open conversation with
your REALTOR to develop a plan that best suits your needs and discuss
potential delays that may be occurring in the industry.
